We have taken the art of fireworks to a new dimension by involving new and exciting special effects.

Our effects include all the usual fireworks that you will have seen, but to add to this we have created our own new and exciting displays. To name a few that are exclusive to Dragon, we have the "Dragon Flame"! Your guests will see and feel the effects of this visual wonder! The "Silver Wall" is yet another visual effect that will both excite and amaze! We are indeed specialists at helping you create your own truly individual display. Our skills stretch far beyond that of the normal Firework display company.

Flexible...
We are happy to organise and produce displays for as little as £750, but also we are equally happy to do much larger and more comprehensive displays. In short, if you are planning that special party at home, or you are the MD of a large corporation planning a "Big one", then we can help.

Detailed planning...
Phone us. We arrange to meet, at your convenience, to discuss your needs. We will carry out a site visit and safety audit. A display-firing plan will then be produced and discussed with you in detail to ensure that you know exactly what to expect. We will discuss sound, the type of display and duration.

Wonderful firework displays are, like the best pieces of music, dramatic, full of emotion, inspiring and timed to perfection.

Dragon has invested in the world's most advanced computer aided "firing system" This enables us to produce a display that is truly choreographed to music. Many companies will tell you that they can do this and to a certain extent, they can, but the firing system that dragon has adopted brings a new meaning to a "well timed bang"! And after all, that's what it's all about.

Noise sensitive...
We specialise in producing displays in difficult and noise sensitive areas. We are able to produce "breath-taking" displays, choreographed to music, utilising "quiet fireworks"!

Dragon fireworks displays
SELF-FIRED OR OPERATOR DISPLAYS?

We are often asked whether it is better to fire a display yourself or get us here at Dragon Fireworks to fire the show for you. The Self-Fired Packs contain fireworks which we use in our own shows, though there are some larger fireworks which we use we are not allowed to sell to the general public.
The question really comes down to cost and, as a rough guide, for shows above £750, it may well be advisable to approach us about firing the show for you.

Full instructions are provided with the Self-Fired Packs and on the fireworks themselves. The general information includes an outline of space required for a display site which is sent in advance of the main order. Following Government Legislation, Star Shells are no longer available for sale to the general public.

Dragon Fireworks reserve the right to substitute pack contents if necessary.

We have the world's most advanced computer aided firing system. The same system was used to control the display on Sydney Harbour Bridge.

Our firing system enables us to produce a display that is truly choreographed to music, the perfect partner for a spectacular finale.
 

Dragon Fireworks Retail Packs

Mixed Packs of Display Fireworks
aimed at the smaller display, but contain a mixture of all the firework types. The Minuet Pack contains lower noise fireworks, ideal for audiences of small children.

Aerial Fireworks
A selection of packs containing only Aerial Fireworks for display sites where the terrain makes it difficult to use ground based pieces. Ideal as small complete displays, or can be used in conjunction with other modular packs.


Rocket packs of Fireworks
No firework display is complete without Rockets. Probably the most impressive of all fireworks, Rockets ascend up to 160 feet, with a variety of effects such as silver tails and noise effects.
Rockets burn approximately 5 seconds.

Roman Candles
 are a traditional English firework and an important part of any display, providing they produce stars and effects for up to 45 seconds. They are especially effective when fired in pairs.

Set Pieces
A traditional firework, Set Pieces are ground based and. add variety to any show. They have the advantage of changing the tempo of shows and are also relatively long burning.

Mines
As impressive as Rockets, Mines are relatively short burning, but erupt in a power plume of stars forming impressive pillars of colour and noise.

Final Barrages & Fundraising
Barrages are best used as a finale at the end of a show. All contain a mixture of multicolour Roman Candles with the largest Barrages including Mines as well. Ideal when a few Rockets are fired 'over the top'.

Lancework
devices are special firework pictures and messages, similar to set pieces.
The Helicopter, Seal and Ball and Boy on a Bicycle all have revolving wheels.
