 Dial-A-Ride - Elmbridge Borough Council

Elmbridge Dial-a-Ride is a door-to-door Transport Service using specially adapted vehicles for people of any age with limited mobility who are unable to use conventional public transport and are residents in Elmbridge. The service operates in and around the borough and will also take members up to 5 miles outside the borough.

To become a Dial-a-Ride member there is an annual membership fee of £5.00 and a fare for each journey undertaken:

For a single journey the charges are:

Up to three miles - £1.85 From 1st April 2005
Up to five miles - £2.40 From 1st April 2005
Up to ten miles - £3.90 From 1st April 2005

Dial-a-Ride buses operate between 08.30 and 17.00, Monday - Friday.
Bookings are accepted up to 2 weeks in advance on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Dial-a-Ride members can also take advantage of shopping trips organised weekly to Kingston, Cobham (Sainsburys), Brooklands and Walton.
